Sushi Buffet (<3)

Hello ^^ just came home from an 3 and a half hour lunch/dinner with crazy girl! Y'know what we had? Sakae Sushi 'Tea Time' buffet. Its not really tea time cause its from 3pm-6pm right?!

And yes, your last order's around six, so you can sit there and continued eating. We were there from 2.50pm-6.20pm!
What we ordered: (More or 20 plates in total). Everything's in the buffet itself.
- 2 udons (Bean curd or seaweed)
- 3 plates fried tofu
- 3 Chawanmushi
- 4 Miso soup
- 2 plates fried vegetables
- 3 plates edamame peas
- 2 plates of ebiko
- 1 red plate
- 1 California roll (which we threw away)
- 1 plate avocado maki
- 1 plate egg maki
- 2 plates bean curd sushi
- 1 cold soba
- 4 balls of mochi (dessert)
~That's all I remembered.~
As you know, Sakae Sushi is not that fantastic so oh well, about $18 per person after GST and service charge, but it was really worth it.
I was so full till I think I nearly puked., she probably did too :):):)

The story begin:

Back then, in Sec 2, we hated each other like crazy. I guess none of us did anything but it was just first impressions we had of each other. It was M**** that was in the middle and had to bear all the bad things we had to say about each other hahahs, thanks babe.

 As the time went by, we got closer than we would have NEVER believed. We use to hang together, and because both of us came out from the "mental institute" we did really crazy stuff that bonded us.

We would go to have tiong porridge, and there was once we ran up one of the shophouses, pressed their doorbell and ran. It was hilarious! And we once argued with the GV manager at Vivo cause he didn't want to let me in the M18 movie cause there was only one IC. Once when we (3 of us when M**** was still in school) we got called into the principal's office for our constant display of bad attitude, the teachers practically hated us! Instead of feeling bad, we left the office trying to control our laughter! We were not even afraid (I remembered her bad botox that led to saggy eyes!) and was freaking amused by what she was saying. Honestly i think she was tryna scare us, but too bad witch, you didn't. We ton-ed as a group together and we always went to her place in the morning and cab down for dimsum at Geylang, go clubbing and drinking. Those were the times man.

And yes, sometimes i kind of hate her but that's not the point. The point is, i love her one round across the globe and back, yeap, that much.

Its random but, thank you for being with me the past 2 going on 3 years, i don't actually think anyone would have fulfilled my term "friendship" on my list if i didn't meet you. You brought much joy, fun and trouble to my life. Actually more like we instead of you are the troublemakers.

 

I hope you only feel like puking cause of all the food we had and not this post. Love ya bitch. <3<3<3

Hahaha you can tell by my title that I have no title lol.

Woke up and headed down to do threading at Marine Parade, painful! While waiting at the bus stop, my left eye started to hurt, and there were tears in my eyes, it was frigging painful :(:(:(

Finished threading and headed down to Clarke Quay, went to the toilet and realized there was a sty in my left eye, freaking gross, when my eyeball turns and knocks it, it hurts like crap.
(Some idiot told my to bandage my eye and become a pirate.)

Headed down to have Japanese food with twin, mum and aunty. Also bought eye drops and eyewash from Watson. Don't be shocked if you see me tearing, it's damn painful.

Had a great dinner <3<3<3 three hearts.
Eye hurts so badly ~~~ think I'm gonna crash soon. Once I shower.

Joke of the century

Hihi everyone, I wouldn't say sorry for the lack of updates cause even though I haven't done a proper post, I posted my Food of the Day yesterday.

Last weekend was a crazy weekend, shall not disclose any information, but those of you from St Margaret's, Kuo Chuan, SA will know (obviously no SA people would be reading this I hope). To me, It's no big deal really.

Thanks J**, LN, R****, crazy girl, not to forget Quek, M******** and twin for giving me valuable instructions in how I should be involve in this. (And ironically; I shouldn't be involve at all according to what they are telling me) and thank you W****** (and E*****) for dragging me into all this shit. Yeah thanks a lot, I really need this to help me with my Ns.

Anyways, let me ask y'all, who finds it offensive if you were to be called a lizard, or even 'worse' bitch? Would you blow the whole matter up? If you are in the right sound of mind, you probably couldn't care less and would have taken it as a joke. Please, we call each other bitches in school, and yes, I have an NA classmate whom we all call lizard, big f**king deal.

Will I give a damn being called a bitch/ lizard? Goddamn it NO WAY. I will take it as a compliment, cause you know how bitches are always almost pretty. Yeah I will just thank you, and be off.
Only people without a life would keep harping on it, and inevitably, pick a fight, over almost nothing. Lizards are cute, they eat flies and mosquitoes (?) and who wouldn't like that? (You know that some kind of flies lays eggs that hatches into maggots right?)

Is Singapore focussing on the wrong things?

I don't know about you, but I was aghast to read the recent report about a school teacher taking it upon herself to rearrange the hairdo of a primary six boy one hour before his PSLE oral examination.
I cannot say this any other way, but everything that is wrong about Singapore today can be gleaned from this story.
FOCUS ON THE WRONG THINGS
Think about it: with the MRT system still creaking, the economy shrinking and the poor not getting any richer, what does Singapore want to focus on?
The government wants to regulate the Internet.
This is exactly the same kind of inanity that took place the morning one Unity Primary School teacher went all Edward Scissorhands on her poor 12-year-old student.
Yes, personal hygiene is important and I'm pretty sure a lot of warnings were given to show up with a bowl cut.
And yes, wearing short hair will give anyone an (undeserved) air of propriety. It will signal to everyone far and wide just how much time and effort you put into your studies, instead of styling your coiffure to perfection.
Of course, people judge you based on how you look. I mean, I tend to run away from anyone with a face full of piercings and a chest decorated with tattoos.
But honestly, did the student walk into class that morning looking like Axl Rose or Bob Marley? Did he spot a black spider tattoo on his shaved pate? Was he reveling in the attention he got because he donned a Mohawk?
No. He had a nicely layered fringe and spiky, tapered sideburns. Big deal, right?
WRONG PRIORITIES
What's so wrong about this whole incident is that instead of telling the boy to go wing his oral examination, he gets a makeover.
This sort of disciplinarian culture has to stop.
With the government going all out to give youths a chance to excel in all manner of disciplines such as fashion, art, sports, gaming and computer animation, this one school teacher's decision to lay down the law and "get in line" runs counter-productive to the spirit of creativity and invention we are trying to foster in our young.
Want to talk about real progress?
One American school in Texas is allowing students to sport facial hair, earrings and hair past their shoulders, and even tattoos.
Why? So it eliminates distractions that leads to students in violation being removed from class and so teachers can "focus on educating our students".
Too radical for Singapore? Maybe, but you get the point.
After all, all my neat and tidy classmates from primary and secondary school now boast the strangest hairstyles years after they have graduated, showing once and for all people do strange things to their hair once they naturally revert to type.
Come on, so what if anyone wants to resemble like a hipster or a hobo? It's his or her own prerogative.
And think about it this way: Why should one's countenance play a major role in his success or failure in life?
Why should one's personal style -- let alone hair length, affect his or her performance?
I mean, if you're Brad Pitt or Fiona Xie, I guess it matters. But not everyone is in showbiz.
Here's the basic fact of life: if your genes dictate that you possess the sexual attractiveness of a fridge, I'm sorry, but wearing your hair any way will only improve your lot by nought.
Therefore, we should stop putting so much emphasis on superficial indicators.
THE RIGHT TIME, THE RIGHT PLACE
If we really had to, there is a time and place for sorting out follicular disputes -- such as AFTER an event as important as a PSLE exam.
The focus should be to encourage our young to dream of a life that is of worth to others and themselves and make sure they are nothing short of being awesome at it.
Making everyone look like a nerd for the sake of conformity is just not going to work.

This morning as I was looking through my photos on my iPhone, I saw a screen shot that was taken. It was a budget airline pricing for my trip to Thailand. Guess what I saw? $167 per person there and I'm paying $297 for my SQ ticket. That's $130 more per person, so 4x130 that equals to $520 and it's only a 2 and a half hour flight.

Ruin my entire morning seriously, imagine the things we can shop, buy, do with that. Please let there be no cancellation fee cause I want to cancel my tickets, I seriously would rather fly by budget since its such a short flight. Yeah call me cheapo or whatever but a person with brains would think this way. (I'm not saying I'm smart, just saying I have a brain).

Damn it seriously man, I should have checked carefully but if they didn't delay it we would have got the right ones. My brain rusts over time you know, and by time I meant a week. I even thought it was cheaper, but for SQ to be cheaper, the world will come to an end man.

Not to forget the fact that my mum didn't know I was ending my Ns on the 9 October and instead booked the 10 October one, which flys off at 4pm when we can take the 12pm flight. (she wanted to go directly after my paper which ended at around 9plus.)

I can only check when I'm home which I'll be around 4 today, it's 7am now, it's going to be a one hell of a long 9 hours.

Finished maths paper 1 at 10am today, actually even earlier cause we started early, and then we ended bout 10 mins to ten.
Trained home from farrer road then decided at serangoon to have breakfast with girl, went down to sengkang kopitiam cause we didn't know what to eat. Had fried chicken rice from the indonesian cuisine.
Went to koi and had green tea macchiato! Max love, 3 hearts! <3<3<3 on the same scale with gong cha alisan milk tea. (mixed it!) it's damn frigging good I guarantee. Must try!!!
Came home, Xbox-ed for awhile *ahem* with new games. (GTA and Piñata) love both! And then watched YouTube tutorials, love it too.
Just finished showering, best man. Heading to nap now. Hate school, freaking boring from tmr onwards :(:(:( seriously man. Let's have study break instead.
Oh, and I had my own spicy chicken nugget kebab with my curry thingy, tastes like curry puff! I love it! Shall buy more next time.

Heading down to yishun, bringing my baby girl to the vet :( been acting really weird this morning, she limps when she's walking, and hid away. When I carried her I felt her shivering. It wasn't even cold.

Called for a cab and is on the way down now, hope there's nothing wrong with her. Please, nothing happen to her.

Thank god its just her bones cause of old age. Can be fixed with injection. Had a jab just now and they squeeze some black fluid out from her anal glands, gross! The guys helping out said it smelled like salted fish hahas.
Out from the clinic already, heading to Joe's place for lunch, and she gets to see her good friend Duffy, a rare white schnauzer, same breed as her. Oh god she just shitted on the floor -.- cutie pie! In the car now, see y'all.

Update: Cruise

I'll be also going on a cruise to nowhere in October/November. It's a 3D2N cruise i think. Not as interested in that but oh well, haven't been on a cruise since I was a child so it'll be nice to refresh my memory.

Tickets are with us already so all we have to do is to confirm the dates but most likely it'll be on the weekends; Friday, Saturday & Sunday so yeah! Can't wait to bring scarfs and act holiday ~~~ hahahas I'm siao one you don't know meh!

Okay, maybe I'm actually waiting for the free flow of food. I ADMIT. See the beautiful ocean and just the ocean lol (too bad I can't swim in it or else!)

Looking forward to being stuck in a cabin with absolutely nothing to do on board, I should just download and watch "Zach & Cody; Suite life on deck" or the "Titanic" hahahs I'm really out of my mind.

Thailand (<3)

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE. Mum just finished booking our SIA tickets to Thailand!!! Super happy and excited, will be gone for 6 days and will be sure to shop until I drop. I can't wait, flying on the 10th October till the 15 October.

This year i've been overseas almost a dozen times! One to Australia, Hong Kong and lots of Malaysia!! Must be a great year for me. -Time really flew by, I forgot everything that happened and now I'm so much happier!!!-
Even though there are occasional troubles, but this year I (we) have been really good in school. Finished home works, hardly late, and not as rude to teachers. Less complaints bout us now compared to last year which was really eventful. Hahas but we have yet to stop skipping school whenever we like. But I will never forget the fun we had or regret the times. EVER.

I'm really happy that I'll be going and finally finalized the tickets and such. I've been eyeing Thailand ever since I read a blogger post on it, I really have been wanting to go! Food, shopping, and attractions, what's there not to love! <3<3<3

Seems like I can't go clubbing the night after my last paper till the 15th! But I actually might cause I don't really care and I can crash on the plane.
Actually I kind of would rather be back in Hong Kong. (oh god I really miss that place) I REALLY LOVE HK <3<3<3
I've been missing everything there! Maybe I should go back in December, would love to have Christmas there. I've got to stop thinking about it.
But it's always good to be crossing off another country on my list! (I should really buy the map that you scratch off the places you've been!) i'll look for one and pre-order it lol.

Feeling the after effects of the walking we did yesterday. Thighs hurting like shit! :(
Woke up today at around 9plus, immediately got up to use my phone to shop online! Happy to find
lots of cheap buys online. Placing my order soon while waiting for my orders to arrive. Also crazy girl text-ed me she was on her way down to the hospital cause her grandma have to get one or two toes amputated, hope she's okay! Shall text crazy girl later.

Just a week ago, my mum bought the new Maybelline foundation stick. Super easy application, just dot some onto the four sides of your face and blend in with your fingers! Matte finish with up to 8 hours coverage although i don't find that it lasted that long. But its an amazing product, price is about $18 i can't remember, but it's super cheap considering that it'll probably last 2-3 months if you use it everyday? (I estimate only!)

My mum bought it after i told her to, actually not, i did tell her that reviews for it were amazing but she was quite skeptical until she went to office and saw the brokers using it!
Here's the story:
Everyone at the desk will pay $50 to the "group jar" if they arrive at work later than 7am. This forces them to be at work on time. Using the money, they will split or see what they wanna buy. (For brokers only cause $50 doesn't really bother them.) Continuing, my mum was at the toilet and she saw all the ladies, putting on make-up cause they all were late and just rushed out of the house. It's your birthday!

Heya everyone, today's my brother's birthday, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRO. Sorry bout the lack of a birthday pressie, but I couldn't find you a nice jacket. Anyways, headed down to Pennisula after school today (ended at 9.30) with crazy girl, most shops were not open. We saw a shop; Emporium, Indian guy's damn freaking pushy (forcing you to buy) and rude! First time meeting such a rude bastard! I curse him no business.
Anyways, bought a black skinny there (from another shop which had way more variety, WAY) , for after Ns when I go clubbing, headed down to Marina Bay Link Mall, to meet crazy girl's older sister, (heya if you're reading this) you're super friendly and nice ^^ Not my first time meeting her FYI. Good luck with your apparently "insane" job :):):)
Met my mum after work, headed down to eat and then bought my brother's cake, wanted to get it from awfully chocolate but it closed down, :( have been replaced, but that's alrights, we bought him 18 cupcakes from twelve cupcakes. (ironic right?!) then headed home. Waiting for the arrival of everyone, aunty, grandma, joe and others. Ordered 2 large pizzas, turkey bacon, and BBQ chicken from pizza hut and KFC!
Can't wait for the crowd, neither can I wait to rock my heels :)

It's almost the end of Prelims, last 2 papers to go :( I'm sad. Once we are done we are back to lessons. I'll miss ending school earlier than everyone. It's nice getting released early, like at 9plus, 11plus. Better than having lessons and being in school till 3plus 4. Once school's over I will get damn high but during school time I feel like school's torturing me emotionally. Do you feel me?
BRING IT ON. More papers for us, with early dismissal :) yeah I don't really mind. After all this years of exams, I'm pretty numb to it. But the good news is, next Monday there isn't any school cause of Hari Raya and then the week after we have no school on Thursday cause its teacher's day!! Even though I'll probably self declare holiday on Wednesday when it's the celebrations too :):):)

Damn shack, yesterday headed down to Clementi to paint some under block wall with crazy girl, was quite fun ^^ congrats to QQ for wining the drawing competition) she had her drawing drawn up on one of the walls and we painted it! Shall post the picx below, actually i only have one! Gotta get more from crazy girl. My entire hand was covered in the horrid paint. Some of it is still stuck in my nails :( gross!
FEEL LIKE CLUBBING RIGHT NOW.
Going into a state of depression not sure why, its like a mid-life crisis which isn't cause I'm only 16 but i kind of wish i was half way through my life already. Feeling the exhaustion, don't you? I pray pray pray that Ns faster end so i can play. Not in the mood to study anymore. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired its you that i'm missing.

Singapore flyer (<3)

Back with another post today! After coming out from JB at about 6plus, we headed down to Millennium walk to pick my mum and then went drove to The Singapore Flyer! We have free entries (5 entries per card/per day) valid till next Monday, that means, we have 2(5x7) of entries cause we have 2 cards! It started from last Monday so we thought why not head down after we were done? (Malaysia!)
We didn't have to queue for the tickets so it was pretty fast. Boarded the capsule and up, up we went! It was super slow, didn't feel as if it was moving at all hahahs. The view was amazing ~~~ it took 45 minutes per ride? Finally the long awaited trip up the Singapore flyer. I saw the capsule with dinner tables in them, so romantic! Next time I wanna get proposed there! (I'm kidding, it's got to be 100x better.)
Heading home now, super tired! Back is painful from all the rubbing, probably will have a good night sleep today! Hoped everyone had a great day as I did too. ^^

Massage, food and shopping

Hello ^^ as I'm typing this post, I'm checking in at the Malaysian customs! Joe is on leave today and all of us decided to go in for 2 hours body massage, bak ku teh (?) and supermarket shopping :) triple love! <3<3<3
Oh and not to forget car wash! For like 20 ringgit (I think) they will wash, vacuum and polish the tire rims!
First stop, food first, I don't know where it is but not far from the customs, this place is the best place for bak ku teh with fried bean curd on the top, salted vegetable thing (<3), and claypot chicken! Dessert; lemon jelly thing. Sorry for the lack of names cause I really don't know how to translate lol.
Stop two; massage, to relief my body of the pain. Hahas actually I don't have body aches. For fun lahs, it's painful but once you are done its ultra shiok one! It's the only massage parlor on the first level, plaza sentosa, I can't give any directions cause I myself don't know the way. Max love that place!
Last stop, Jusco: the love of my life <3 I'm just kidding, but I super love to shop and walk walk there, best place, supermarket. They sell on the spot kaya balls and it's damnnn freaking good. I can't wait to have it!
Actually I can't wait for all of them. I'll try to capture as many pictures as I can. Now slacking in the car. Also must remind myself to buy cheese rings! (Lots of packets back)
We also like to buy yakult there cause its cheaper.

Updating from the post just above, coming out from the customs already, a little jam here! Heading to Joe's place then to the Singapore flyer, also having dinner there. (Oh god, I'm wearing slippers and shorts there with my cracked nail polish on my toes) hahahas heck lahs, as long I'm comfortable right!
