It's the last day in HK!!! I'm sorry but we only spent 5 days there, I thought it was 6 hahahas.
If you saw the pictures in the previous posts, you probably would have seen the pool. It was freaking HUGE and the previous trip (2010) we didn't go swimming as well as this trip (2012), so my twin, brother and I decided to go down! It was freezing and the pool was really deep, and we had so much fun!
After that, we had time to go for breakfast cause our plane was in the afternoon! We ordered as much as we could to savor the last time we had having it. I want to go back again :( side track a little, I may be going to Thailand after my Ns for holiday and not to forget, shopping :):):):) I can't book now, waiting for everyone to cfm, but the tickets now are really cheap.
Back to story, when we were done eating, we walked back to the the bus point, if I didn't mention, it was where we could catch an every 15 minutes bus back to apartment, but decided to take a look at the arcade (?) I forgot its name, but there was "arcade" word in its name lol. But it isn't an "arcade" arcade, it was a high end shopping mall, we always walked past it but have never been inside.
Once we were done looking (there wasn't anything much), we decided to take the walk we never took back to the apartment. Got to pass by the Avenue of Stars for the last time (not to say that I won't be going back).
If you ever visit the Avenue of Stars, do go in both night and day! Night cause you get to see the pretty lights lighted up and get to feel the beautiful atmosphere there is with the crowd, the sea, and the lights, day cause you can't really see anything in the night and cameras can't really capture what you wanted perfectly so capture it in the day!
After a nice 15 minutes walk back from TST, we headed back, and watched tv, love their channels back there! Then packed our stuff, we brought a spare luggage to bring back souvenirs and it was stuffed, literally STUFFED lol.
We called for a cab, then headed down to the airport, was so happy cause the airport had wifi and I could whatsapp crazy girl! Went for lunch at a jap restaurant, and okay, that was the only meal in Hong Kong that was bad :/ I would post its name here but I didn't bother to look. It's in the airport after you have checked in so watch out . We had wanted to buy food and such back but we thought buying it at the airport was better cause we didn't have to lug it around but there wasn't a shop in the airport for the pre packed bakery we wanted :( and we have little time left before our flight so we couldn't look!
Waited for our plane and boarded the back to Singapore.
When we reached, it was 11 plus in the night and Brit came to pick us up, bought the pie, which I had when I was flying off to Hong Kong back home to have for supper, i love it.
Reached home and unpacked a little, before showering and going to bed.
